I would come back due...
Liked: Price was reasonable, room size reasonable, is surrounded by stores and restaurants and gas stations within walking distance, staff were polite, and it didn't seem overly dirty. The dressers and bed sheets were reasonably clean. The wifi and television worked.
Disliked: There were insects (I don't personally mind it but I'm sure other customers would), the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned from the last stay (the floor was dirty and had a lot of shaving remnants neat the tub and sink), and I sincerely hope bed bugs are not an issue despite the sheets being relatively clean. People may not like quality of television reception as it's blurry/freezes at times but I personally didn't mind it.

Poor
Liked: My room had crickets. I spent more time killing bugs than enjoying my stay.
Disliked: The infestation of bugs.

Very hostile.
Liked: The hotel manager basically tried to accuse me of fraud. And then made remarks and assumptions that I was either a drug dealer or user based on how I was dressed. Then refused to inspect the room upon check out after saying that he would find a way to charge the card on file which was my mother in law's card. Didn't get the receipt until I called the police. With my pregnant wife.
Disliked: The hotel staff who was very judgemental and prejudiced towards me and my pregnant wife. Very stereotypical.

Disappointing
Disliked: The hotel had permanent residents sitting outside the doors to their rooms. There were at least a dozen workmen using the hotel for their stay
