Disappointed in the room ,...

Liked: The location was great, only a couple miles from UNI. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Check in was quick and easy.
Disliked: Desk clerk was very short, granted, I was checking in at midnight. However, room was unacceptable. Bed looked like somebody had just slept in it and there was a wet towel on the counter and no clean towels. Verydisappointing for a Wyndham property even at the $60 price tag.

Liked: Quiet area
Disliked: Not what the pictures show. Stains on furniture and bedding. Mini split unit kept switching to defrost mode so room never warmed up (set at 68°). Overall smelled unclean.

Liked: Absolutely nothing, worse place I ever been i wish you guys truly read reviews... Sad it's stealing from people, genuinely should be for free for all in need.
Disliked: Bed bugs, two toilet paper rolls with either boogers or mold, broken smoke detectors, dirty towels. The list goes on!

Disliked: I was traveling and got my dates wrong. I called to see if i could change my dates just to the next day and the answer was no. No consideration or going the distance for your customers as to finding a solution or working with me to fix the issue. Its just all around a bad experience for me. I was willing to pay the difference. I just needed a room! zero HELP!
