Did not enjoy my stay. Oh, and the sink was clogged!

Liked: The coffee and waffles.
Disliked: TV did not work; phone did not work; no one at at the desk to help wiith the TV! Upon check out clerk said she would try to compensate. 3 ice machines broken!

Liked: Check in was quick and easy.
Disliked: The heat/ac register was set at 45 degrees with the fan on high when we entered. With the temperature outside 10 degrees, it took forever to get the room "not freezing". Bed sheets, bathroom floor and toilet seat never did warm up. Heater cycled every 15 seconds. Glad it was for only one night. The breakfast was okay. Eggs were not appetizing.

Comfortable, great location.

Liked: The location is great, the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room.
Disliked: The hotel can't control this, but seriously, Casper, how much longer is this construction going to go on?

Decent stay for a decent...

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. Nice and clean room.
Disliked: Beds are a little dated and not very comfortable. The fridge was loud, so we had to unplug it. The microwave is dated and doesn't work well. Very few outlets for charging cables. Hot water takes a long time to get hot.
