Liked: Breakfast was great. Ool and hot tub were amazing!

A working tv was expected...

Liked: It was clean and right off the main road
Disliked: The tv didn’t work but for 10-15 minutes before we got a notification over the whole screen. It was trying to connect to internet or something but nothing could be done besides giving me a tv remote to turn the tv off and back on.

Exceptional

Liked: I loved the room and the fact it was pet friendly!
Disliked: The road to get there is a bit hidden and google maps will not tell you where to turn!

I would stay here again

Liked: Basic. Clean room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Took a long time to check in

Bad

Liked: Clean easy access, though sidewalks not cleared of ice, terribly dangerous. It is not unheard of for snow this far south, parking lot and sidewalks not cleared.
Disliked: Booked room through booking.com and paid through the same. The app told me that I would not pay anything more when I arrived, however, there was an additional 60 dollar deposit I had to pay at check in. Not good business. Hidden fees are in many places illegal. And have been protested against in many areas of business. Yet the corporate ideals still use this ugly and unfair business practice. Bad low rent underhanded business. I certainly hope that it is not a symptom of the current national political climate, cause that would tell me that it is Republicans and the right that are against the working class.

Disliked: They charged me a pet damage deposit of $60 for my service animal (dog) I am a disabled combat veteran. It is illegal to charge any up front fees per the ADA rules and guidelines for a service animal that provides a service for a disability…
