Good, no issues.

Liked: First floor. Room with inside and outside doors which allowed for easy loading and unloading and pet access., parking right outside room. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly and $15 charge for pet quite reasonable.
Disliked: Only that we had to drive out of our way from Hwy 44 travel route due to hotel unavailability in Joplin, but that is no reflection on the hotel of course.

Disliked: shower head was so low I had to crouch. no coffee pot in room. door to outside barely latched. ppl beside were smoking weed outside and partying past 11pm weed smell was coming in room. towels were hard and itchy they were like sandpaper.

Liked: Arby's was next door. We weren't bothered.
Disliked: There were too many sketchy people. Bed sheets were dirty, as well as finding a cockroach crawling all over light switches. "Inside pool" just looked like an outside pool with a metal awning. Almost being double charged.

Liked: The property looked new and smelled clean but there were cobwebs in the corners with spiders in them. The hot tub was green with dead skin cells floating in it. The water level was low as well and the deck around the pool was gross and slippery. I slid into the hot tub trying to get in even while using the hand rail. The beds and bedding were nice and clean and the room other than the cobwebs was clean.
