Disliked: Booked a room then called to confirm a week in advance. Got there and they changed rooms due to renovation.

It was everything I needed...

Liked: Staff was nice. No waiting. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: My room faced a busy highway and there was considerable traffic noise. Luckily it died down late at night and didn't bother me as I had feared it would.

Liked: Did not partake in breakfast. The lady at the front desk was looking for us and awaiting our arrival. She new me by name and was one of the nicest ladies I have dealt with in her position. All I had to do was take the key and go to my room. Upon check out she again said goodbye to me and called me by name. When I need to stay overnight again in that area because of her I will stay there.

Very poor

Liked: The night manager was a very sweet Lady. The staff in general was very friendly.
Disliked: The coffee pot had at least 2 months worth of mold growth in it (I have pictures and video proof), and there was hair all over the beds when we arrived.
