Very disappointed

Liked: It was horrible the room was not clean.only 2 towels, we booked the king suite with spa tub it was our anniversary. Front panel on spa tub was broken and laying up against the wall, jets barely worked. The water never really got hot in the shower or the spa tub. Pool and jacuzzi closed at 10pm and doesnt open until 8am which is pretty inconvenient considering most people don't check in until later.in the evening by the time they eat and get back to room pool is closed then you can't even get up early before breakfast and enjoy the hot tub. Breakfast was minimal all around worst stay I've ever experienced there or any other Wyndham location.

Very nice quiet place.

Liked: Nice clean quiet
Disliked: Lots of cigarette butts in the parking lot otherwise no issues.

Wish I would have been...

Liked: The ro was comfortable
Disliked: I was shocked and not happy that there was NO ELEVATOR!! We had to carry heavy suitcases up stairs! A family member in another room was elderly using a cane and also had to climb stairs instead of using an elevator. I would have chosen another motel if I would have known that. Also not enough towels, etc for 3 people. So so breakfast with not a lot of options.

Disappointing

Liked: It was convenient and close to a lot of resources like gas, grocery, coffee, etc.
Disliked: The room was gross. When we entered the room, the refrigerator didn’t work and was leaking water on the floor. The staff stuck a towel in it to soak up the water but never cleaned up the mess. There were also a lot of bugs (flies and ladybugs) buzzing around the room.
