Disliked: I don’t like that the advertise free breakfast when it is noting more than coffee with a bagged pastry. This is not a breakfast in my book.How about a fresh bagel instead of something bagged?

Alongside the freeway with no...

Liked: I had made the reservation in route about 15minutes prior to arriving. Upon waiting at the light to turn onto the cross street I recognized the location was going to be an issue. On-site in the parking lot, exiting my car the loud freeway noise radiated. I told the reception that we wouldn't be staying & had made a reservation that had noted "pay on-site" but that my card had been charged. The reception said she'd have to get approval to refund me the following day by her manager but she wasn't sure if I would be refunded (vague & unsettling). Being that I wasn't able to get a refund confirmation of any sort I opted to stay, huge mistake.
Disliked: The only 2 sitting chairs were covered in white splatter/drippings & brown water rings saturating them (no place to sit). The entire stay you could hear noise through all four walls, cars, tv, woman yelling at a crying child, person snoring, furniture moving, footsteps... Now "breakfast included" it was a single option pastry & two pitchers of juice (nothing else, not a cereal, not a fruit)....

overall very nice stay would...
