Liked: Maids did a great job keeping the room clean, and pathways to rooms.
Disliked: The maids and maintenance staff were very friendly and did keep the rooms clean. However, the shower was terrible, and so were the pillows. Keep reading for that part of my story. There was some cheap shower massager (if you can call it that). Either the water came out like a single jet stream ( as if you were pressure washing your home), or it pooled at the top and hardly any water flowed out. The bathroom outlet was broken. I had to blow dry my hair blind, and you could not even make out what was written on the sign above it. I would have brought this up to the staff but when I went to the office to ask for different pillows I was basically told I had to sleep uncomfortable because "99% of people prefer really soft pillows" So, my comfort was based on statistics. The man at the desk even admitted that others have requested firmer pillows yet they do not offer a single one for the 1% (according to them that prefer a firmer pillow). He was not even nice about it either, and he acted like the manager or sad to say, the owner. I also needed extra towels and was questioned about the need like I was committing a crime. Do not stay here.
