Liked: It was a comfortable stay.

Not the Ritz or even a Marriott, but it is clean, comfortable and the front desk lady was friendly and pleasant and professional which isn't always the case, even in large 5 star hotels I've stayed in. I would stay again if I went to the area for a night!

Liked: Clean; quiet; convenient; friendly front desk; easy check in and out.

Liked: Location and hot breakfast.
Disliked: The only food that was “hot” for breakfast was the coffee. And it was diluted. Eggs, limp bacon, and sausage….cold. The “hot” waffle mix machine was out of order. Couldn’t check in at 3:00pm and wanted to charge me $20, which I didn’t pay, extra to check in at Noon.

Everything was great.

Liked: Like this location, close to Sedona, Cottonwood, Clarkdale etc. It's a straight shot back to Phoenix, Tucson.
Disliked: I'm pretty happy with the whole experience
