Disliked: There was hair behind the shower curtain and we didn’t see it until I was already in the shower. I quickly finished rising and got out as fast as I could. It was about 12:30 am so I didn’t call the front desk. I went to sleep. The next morning someone knocked on our door at 9/9:15 am to tell us check out was at 11am. We head down around 11 am and proceed to tell the blonde lady working the front desk about the hair showing her picture. The second picture she said what is it I responded a bunch of hairs all smashed to the wall. The 1st picture was a long black hair. The woman was just so rude. Telling me we wouldn’t get a refund. I said I didn’t ask for a refund but since you have time for people to knock on the door maybe they could clean the shower better. She started yelling at me I should have told them about it last night and I said I should have bothered the 1 employee at 12:30 ish am and then I told her she didn’t need to be a B word. I just want to let someone know so it didn’t happen again she called me a b word and told me to get the f out of the hotel and never to come back. I was walking out and she was now walking around the desk yelling at me telling me she was going to get the owner out there. I said okay I didn’t do anything wrong that she couldn’t take constructive criticism and she told me to not f en come back. I yelled f you to her and left the building. We’re loading up the truck to leave and the owner comes out and the blonde lady is now in the door way. I start talking to the owner and he is now yelling that he wouldn’t know what happened he wasn’t there. I’m trying to tell him I was just wanting to inform them about the hair and she got all rude and then he’s yelling the front desk lady’s yell and yelling f you to me and flipping me the finger. I’m like this is how you allow your employees to treat paying guest? He raises his arm like his going to push or hit me and I told him not to touch me. He tells us not to come back.
