Liked: I loved that the receptionist was welcoming and friendly during our check in.
Disliked: I did not like that there was no table close to the sofa in our room. We had to eat dinner inside the hotel room so as a family of 5, it was uncomfortable. As soon as we got in to take the elevator, there’s a foul smell that I think came from the carpet as it was visibly dirty. The room has a weird set up too because the sink for washing hands is outside, separated from the bath tub and toilet. The shower in the swimming pool area kept on running, the shower valve is broken. There is no soap in the dispenser too for washing before swimming.

Liked: The location was ok. Easy to get to the things we needed. The 1st staff member we encountered was nice. The water slide was fun.
Disliked: Other than the first staff member we encountered the rest were miserable. The heat was stuck on 81°. The headboard was so dirty. The bathtub was stained brown. The pool deck is made out of rubber and was chipping off into the pool. We are right next to the elevator and people were very loud in the elevator the entire night our view was of a rooftop. It’s an older hotel that they’ve let go and just charge less to make up for it. Had we been charged regular hotel rates there’s no way we would’ve stayed here. But at $175 for two nights, it was doable.
