Peaceful and relaxing

Liked: Staff was incredibly friendly, the room was large and clean. The property was quiet as well.

They had old roaches dead...

Liked: I didn't go get breakfast
Disliked: Was rude !!

Poop, blood, and bugs

Liked: The rooms were remodeled nice. Would have been fine if housekeeping did their job.
Disliked: Pee covered chair and both beds. Roaches. clanking air conditioner. Poop on shower curtain, bed covers. Vagina blood imprint on top of one bed cover. Took twice to get clean bed covers. Brought pee stained towels 2nd day. Restaurant in front customers parked in front of room. Breakfast had 1 Muffin and 2 bananas. The juice machine had Nats.

Never again.

Liked: It was in a location that was perfect for our needs. We were close to our friends house, food, and shopping.
Disliked: Everything else. We were running late due to attending a high school football game, and the lady that called me was super rude. It did not get better when we arrived to check in. I booked a king room and a double queen and was told they did not have any kings left. I mentioned I had booked/reserved those specific rooms and she just rolled her eyes. The room was clean as far as the floors and toilet, but the shower curtain rod had been broken from the wall, attempted to patch back with enough sheet rock mud to be alarming, and the bar was still not fully in the wall. We had to be extremely careful when showering as to not pull it off completely. The bed sheets on one of the beds had cigarette burns and the comforter was dirty. When we checked out in the morning there was no one in the office to speak to, just a drop box. We will definitely NOT be staying here again. I can understand things that are out of the control of the property managers, but poor attitudes and a lack of concern for the guest, I cannot understand that at all.

Liked: Nice location. The beds were very comfortable!
Disliked: I did not like the double doors. Didn’t make me feel safe. The place was older and some things were rundown and needed repairs. It wasn’t as clean as it should be. Hair in tub and on floors and it had a musty smell and felt humid inside.

Liked: Comfort of being alone in a room. Although the concierge didn't help me adequately; he was very friendly.
Disliked: The hotel room smelt like dog. This room was a little more dingy than the last one I had at this same establishment. There was no stopper for the bathtub; which was the main reason for getting the hotel room.
