Liked: We waited 1 hour for Booking to change from nick name to ID name. Wish you had clarify filling out the form.Hotel is cold, near freeway, no indoor access to the room in the windy day.
Disliked: No indoor access to the room. Outdoor was cold and windy.

Liked: There was no breakfast served. They only had coffee and cold cereal. No toast or muffins. We came down at thw lobby at 7 ish or 730iish and everything was gone. We had to go next door to get breakfast.
Disliked: We came to stay at the location twice, and the TV were all in Spanish especially the commercial free channels such as HBO, Showcase and etc. Rather than being comfortable and watch those Channels, it is uncomfortable. And unfair. We Paid to stay for the comfort and watch the free commercial channels. Now, we are thinking of Not staying there. We also came early to check in, but the room we wanted to stay was not available. What is the cleaning ladies, or cleaning men doing ? Watching TV in the room? That is why the channels were switched in Spanish language?
