Disliked: Poor online contact with customer service (late replies)Had to change dates due to flight disruptions-hotel did not gave me straight forward answer but sent to Booking- they got the rejection from the hotel, which was not communicated to us directly (when hotel asked again- they just blocked messages)

Worst Staying Ever.

Liked: We have a place to stay.
Disliked: 1) The Lobby (Which is almost none existent), small and poorly clean with strong smelling irritable cleaning spray. There is only one outdated couch that seats 3 to 4 people.2) The staff - The receptionist (a lady) who checked us in was very rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. 3) The breakfast was okay but not as expected. We only got eggs one day out of our 4 nights of stay. Some of the staff would skip you to go make their waffles. in two occasions, they would not let me use the waffle maker first when I was ahead of them.
