Liked: I liked that it was so close to the stores, the beds were super clean. Samantha at the front desk was very friendly and polite.
Disliked: The room was freezing when we entered it (11 degrees Celsius). We turned the heat on and it took a very very long time to heat up. We left the room for about 6 hours, came back and it was only up to 16 degrees. It wasn’t until the middle of the night when the heat finally reached the temp we had set it to (22 degrees) and it was smoking hot in the room then. It seemed there was not a single point where the temperature was comfortable. The hallways smelt very musty and at times smelt like marijuana.

Liked: Sam who works for hotel staff was very helpful with concerns I had ahead of this trip, she is competent, friendly & professional... please give Sam a commendation & recognition for going "above & beyond"

The room is dirty but...

Disliked: The bedding is dirty. Used hand soap was placed in the bathroom.

Disliked: The heater in our room was not working. It worked for 5 minutes and changed into cold air after. However the staff offered us another room at night, since it was hard to move all the stuff to another room and some people were already sleeping we refused to move to another room.
