Liked: Older facilities
Disliked: The back of the hotel was a mess looked trashy I understand but looks messy I’m always worried about bed bugs so I get nervous about that.

Disappointing

Liked: The price.
Disliked: It is not near the Gulf. The property had a security fence restricting access to the units and parking lot. The fence was probably present because of the neighborhood however it was not working and we were told it hasn't worked since it was damaged. Our refrigerator leaked but that was repaired quickly by a very helpful and friendly maintenance man. The room was spartan and no certainly no frills. We were charged a $200 security deposit which has never happened before. While the front desk person said that would be refunded, we are still waiting to see if that happened. He was not interested in inspecting our room prior to departure.

It was ok. Overpriced.

Liked: pillows and mattress A variety of restaurants near the hotel.
Disliked: My room smelled. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke to me. The matress was comfortable but they had it on top of something that looked like a fold-up bed???

Liked: The front desk lady was nice. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The outside environment was scary. People up and outside their rooms playing music, arguing, partying, at all hours. The noise level was completely inappropriate, loud music after midnight. The "diner" showed in the picture is not there. The restaurant that is there, was closed.My room had roaches, and bugs. The floors were filthy-turned my feet black.
