Liked: The Hotel is located in a bad neighborhood, and they have lots of guests that are Illegal Immigrants who are VERY LOUD and disruptive to other guests, they hang outside their room early in the morning and late at night making lots of noise and having VERY LOUD conversations in Spanish, which makes it impossible to sleep well or have any quiet enjoyment in your room. Also the Hotel has DOUBLED their rates to take advantage of people needing a place to stay after Hurricane Milton which is CLEARLY Illegal Criminal Price Gouging that has already been STRICTLY FORBIDDEN by Florida Law and The Florida Governor as well!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!

Disappointing

Liked: It was VERY overpriced and they deliberately limit online bookings to 2 days only so anyone needing to stay longer has to KEEP paying separate high tax for each additional booking! It's also in a bad area and they have other guests that sit outside in the parking lot talking loudly and making noise late into the night so it's hard to get sleep! They've also raised their rates over 40 percent in the immediate aftermath of a Major Hurricane which is illegal price gouging and taking advantage of the Public!!

Would definitely use this facility...

Liked: The staff was accommodating to my situation and I had easy access to my vehicle and the dog yard!
Disliked: The air conditioning unit leaked. But overall the room was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: No breakfasts available, although stated in description online. Room dark and poorly situated behind steps, curtains barely covered window. Noisy aircon. Sheets synthetic, not cotton. Bed base metal and noisy. No hot water on 2 occasions.

Disliked: The room was dirty, cockroaches, room phone did not work and could not connect to wifi. The pillow was filthy, floor was filthy, blinds did not close completely and the water in the bathtub constantly ran. I checked out after 1 night and no refund was issued. The picture of the towels was from wiping up spilled water.
