Poor

Very quite hotel, Staff does...

Liked: This hotel is normally a quite place to stay. I have stayed there multiple times and will go back again.
Disliked: Price could be a little better, as when the weekend rolls around, the rooms go up by 10-25%!!! When a person only stays on the weekend, for travel and business purposes, that 10-25% limits my amount of trips.

Liked: The room wasn't bad, it seemed clean, the bed was decent and the pillows were fluffy. The heater was silent.
Disliked: The pool room was freezing. The hot tub was more like luke warm bath water with dirty brown bubbles sitting on top. Breakfast was the most chaotic hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. The pancake maker ran out of mix so we let the front desk attendant know. He came over and removed the old mix, disappeared for about 5 minutes, then came back with muffins? I'm not sure why these were a priority when he knew multiple guests were lined up for the pancake machine. He disappeared again for another 5 minutes, then finally came back with the pancake mix (this wasn't mix he had to make so it wasn't like he was gone because he was preparing it. He simply had to take the top off the bag and insert it into the machine). All the while, there was a mom with 4 kids, 2 of which were toddler/preschool aged and wrecking havoc on everything. They were spilling juice and cereal, screaming, running all over. Mom was sitting on her butt doing nothing, while screaming at her poor pre-teen that she should be doing something. I so badly wanted to tell her that her daughter didn't make those babies, SHE DID, and she should get control over them. It seemed like maybe they live in the hotel, so be aware of that if you plan to stay here.

Liked: Super clean. Nice breakfast. The night staff who did my check-in was super friendly and helpful. The (maintenance man?) Who cleaned the pool area and helped my kids with the hot tub was also helpful and very friendly.
Disliked: The housekeeping manager who reminded me, as I was getting ready to leave at 11:05,, that if I wasn't out by 11:30 they would have to charge me, did so in a very rude way with a nasty tone of voice.
