Disliked: Very gross and disgusting. Broken items, cook shaking tip jar in our faces, asking for money. Room was 83 degrees and no way to cool it with a broken thermostat. Mold all in room, missing light bulbs.

Liked: Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good
Disliked: Room was extremely small, no garbage can, air conditioner ran all night and was exceptionally dirty under the cover

Liked: We did not stay. I need to find out how to get a refund.
Disliked: Rust and pieces missing inthe tub. Middle school basketball team were running, screaming and fighting in the hall.

Liked: The room was dirty and smelt bad. Nothing like the pictures.The breakfast was awful. Nothing like advertised.The front desk folks where very friendly.

Not a clean place.

Liked: AC unit taken apart on the floor. Didn’t operate. TV didn’t work. Bath tub didn’t drain. Dresser drawers ripped off. Chlorine in the pool eroded my bracelet. Smelled like weed.

Liked: In room jacuzzi
Disliked: Heater did not work well; no extra blankets (cold bedroom); renovation being done; had to transfer to another room - jacuzzi and lights did not work in first room. I paid extra to checkout at 1 pm but they tried to break into my room at noon ( cleaning staff not aware - poor communication). Poor breakfast.
