Disliked: Towels were missing on arrival, soap was 1/4 the size of a usual hotel size, beds were hard and lamp was missing the knob. You could flip over backwards in the office type chair in the room. Desk clerk did replace the chair and lamp.

Liked: Close to things we wanted to see.
Disliked: Cobwebs in room, shower curtain rod falling out of wall. Sticky countertops. Paint on bathroom floor, door. Ice machine broken, lights not very bright in in ice room,. We didnt have a coffee maker in room. Refrigerator didn't get cold, the coils were completely frosted . Wouldn't stay again. Very dissatisfied for it being a Wyndam property.

Renovation needed or demolition very...

Liked: Nothing!!!!room very dirty including bedding. Gap under door cold air coming in anything small could run in. I took pictures of everything and showed front desk clerk.
Disliked: Night desk clerk got frustrated however he did text his manager. next morning very friendly clerk asked if there was anything about getting a discount. She had notification to credit back $$. At breakfast we did talk with other guest they found out the night we checked in was the 2nd night on the job without any help. Poor training on the company’s part. Everyone said they will not stay there again. See more above in first comment renovation is desperately needed or torn down. Plugs were hanging out of the wall. No usb plug by bathroom sink.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The rooms looked nothing like the pictures online, the shower didn’t work in the first room we were in so they moved us and that shower sucked to. The floors were so dirty my feet were black from walking from the bathroom to the bed so we had to go buy cleaning supplies. The staff lost my information when I checked in and wanted it again.

Liked: Nothing had to walk outside forever thinking and don't have a coffee pot or microwave or a fridge .it was not clean there was a bar of soap on the rail and it was not clean there was beds on the floor and behind table.also plug wouldn't stay in the wall to charge things up or even use the alarm clock
