Overall a pleasant experience!

Liked: The hotel is located at a great location, which is a short detour from the highway to Quebec City. It’s also very near to some restaurants and a petrol station. The place also comes with one parking spot for guests traveling with children, which is particularly useful during a harsh winter day. We didn’t park our car at this special spot but was reminded by one of the staffs that this is possible. At the same time, they also checked with guests if they are indeed traveling with children if they notice a guest parking a car there. Overall, the staffs have been very friendly!
Disliked: We searched for a room for four people (two adults and two children). Without paying too much attention to the details, we ended up reserving a room with a Queen bed and a sofa bed. The hotel explained that this is not the best fit and we could change to a double room at a cost. We decided to keep the original reservation, and the sofa bed, which is actually just a three-seater sofa, does not work super well for me. I think the mistake is more on our side, but it may be good to advise potential future guests that what they have is a sofa, rather than a sofa bed.

Liked: The room was clean and the shower and bed and bed linens were awesome. So comfortable.
Disliked: I was hoping to have a hot breakfast, with bacon and scrambled eggs. There was still a good variety of things, but being diabetic and not eating starch it was limited.
