Basic acommodations, family-friendly, convenient location.

Liked: The bed was reasonably comfortable and the room seems to have been updated. The staff is very friendly and hardworking.
Disliked: There was such a strong odor in the room (maybe from new flooring?), then we found it penetrated all of our luggage and clothing.

This is a clear cut...

Liked: Nothing really. If I had to stretch it..we got a couple good parking spots.
Disliked: The lighting throughout the entire place was that “cool blue” LED lighting. It made the place feel like a prison. The beds were HORRIBLE..as were the pillows. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in the parking lot. There was only 2Bars of micro soap and 1 mini tube of shampoo for a double occupancy room. There was a lot of banging and loud noises most of the night. The “continental breakfast” was a joke! Super mini muffins, some toast and bagels and a couple of cereals and a coffee dispenser does not classify as continental breakfast! The “handicap bathroom” doors were barely wide enough for a normal sized non handicapped woman to fit through.

Disliked: Shower was not clean, tub was dirty. Towels were stained yellow. Dryer and alarm clock covered in dust. Fridge did not keep anything cool.

Inexpensive for area and quality...

Liked: Staff very friendly. Bed very comfortable and pleasant cleaniness in Room. On-site guest laundry
Disliked: Faucet in bathroom dripped. TV wasn’t working first night, but fixed the next day immediately, which was great

Liked: Pros - location is nice, rooms were ok although the beds weren’t too comfy but we dont have much complaints either!
Disliked: Cons- no eggs or breakfast potatoes, no bath amenities, stinking towels, and most importantly this hotel doesn’t have a lift and front desk is clueless while asking about why this place doesn’t have coffee 24/7 like other hotels have!!! Although the express wasn’t disappointing but I would rather not come back here

Family overnight stay

Liked: It is in a great area surrounded by everything you need. Staff was friendly. The room was big.
Disliked: The smell from smoke and weed was all over. No elevator. Breakfast was not great. Rooms could use some more furnishing. The bathroom was a little dingy. The TV had like 4 channels and the Internet wasn't great. The room itself when you walk in looks nice but the smell turns you off right away.
