Decent place to stay last...

Liked: Room was clean and beds were decent
Disliked: Was double charged for booking but everything balanced out after a few days

No compassion or empathy.

Liked: The location to the bus stop was very convenient.And the rooms were pretty clean.
Disliked: Staff was not empathetic or compassionate at all to the fact that my bus did not come until 2:30pm did not even offer me to stay in the office while I waited on my bus. The key was supposed to open the vending machines did not work so I couldn't even get something to drink. Just overall, a poor experience and would not recommend. There are other hotels that are close in vicinity that most likely have better hospitality.

No empathy or compassion.

Liked: The location to the bus stop and the room was clean
Disliked: Management and staff had no empathy or compassion for the fact that my bus did not come until 2:30pm In the afternoon would not give me an extension on checkout any longer than twenty minutes. When most hotels will give you at least an hour. Management was kinda snooty, and not very nice.

Otherwise a good chooce for...

Liked: Staff is great. Location. Price.
Disliked: Some things were broken in shower .
