Wonderful staff and convenient location!

Liked: The hotel was very close to the D-Day Memorial which was our reason for visiting Bedford. We were greeted by Michelle who was very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel could benefit from some significant upgrades.

Liked: This is a good place to stay if you just need a basic room. The only downfall I think is that you hear the noise from the road all night. I also have yet to receive my $50 deposit back.

Liked: The room we were given was never cleaned, bed unmade, towels on floor, trash on table. We went to office and told desk person , her response was , I was away for a few days, this cleaning person has done this before. Isn’t someone’s job to make sure it is done. I asked for a refund. We stayed across the street at Motel 8.
Disliked: Construction was also going on at hotel.
