Disliked: I didnt stay. THey were rude at the front desk and asked for deposits on the room I was not aware of

Disliked: The bath room was very nasty, hole in wall mold just not acceptable

Disliked: Had trouble with hot water in shower.

Major disappointment and rip off!...

Disliked: I ordered and paid for a King room but when I got there an hour later they had no king rooms and I was downgraded to a "queen" room with a full size bed. I went to take a bath and realized that there was a lot of mold where the caulking should've been. At breakfast choices were slim and there were no tea bags. There was no coffee maker or soap and shampoo and conditioner which is usually standard in a room especially when they are charging 92.00 a night! When I said something at checkout about how displeased I was the lady at the counter blamed booking.com for overbooking them and sometimes there's nothing they can do. Will not be staying here again!

Disliked: The breakfast was very simple, few options, the bed was ENTIRELY TOO hard,no comfort at all very few ADA accommodations

Liked: Very nice front desk people. Loved the breakfast choices.
Disliked: No housekeeping in the 9 days we were there. Had to get linens from the desk and change them ourselves. Not the end of the world.
