It was fun but could’ve...
Liked: I loved how clean and airy it was. I love the rooms and the floor! Very comfortable beds but one of the staff was very very rude and unprofessional to my mother and I did not appreciate it! Overall, the morning manager, she was awesome!

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever...
Liked: We were only there to get a full night sleep rather than making the same hour drive two days in a row but we ended up getting no sleep due to the horrible staff and unwillingness to address multiple noise complaints and enforce their posted quiet hours.
Disliked: Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel! The owners only care about your money and couldn’t care less about your quality of stay or satisfaction. Firstly, the pillows are equivalent to a 2” slab of concrete so if you are insistent on staying here, bring your own pillow. Don’t expect the staff to enforce their quiet hours so that all of their visitors can get the quality night sleep that they are paying for. We had a neighboring room partying all night long from 11pm until 6am, even after multiple contacts with the front desk, in an attempt to have the yelling, slamming doors, and excessive noise addressed it persisted without any intervention by staff. Supposedly the man at the front desk, Chris called the room to inform them of the noise complaint but did no follow up or monitor the situation to insure that it didn’t continue, if he had he would have seen the traveling from room to room and slamming doors as well as the arguments in the hallway throughout the remainder of the night, but instead when I walked down to the front desk at 5am to inform him that I needed a refund because I was unable to sleep due to the excessive noise, I found him asleep at the desk. I was given the run around by staff over the refund and was told that I had to go through booking.com to get a refund but received a response from the owner after putting in the refund request with booking that they wouldn’t be giving a refund or any form of compensation because the neighboring room had been contacted about the noise complaint, even though they did nothing to intervene. I frequent this area for sporting events and will drive 20 miles out of my way to avoid dealing with these people again. As a business owner myself, this is not the type of customer service that builds a foundation for repeat, returning customers.

Liked: Stayed 3 nights during spring break. Check-in was super easy. Building is clean and nice. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Never had to ask for more towels. Pool is heated and breakfast is good for the price you pay. Location is perfect 10-15 minute drive from everything also restaurants within walking distance from the front door.
