Liked: Best feature was the service people. Front desk and breakfast people were courteous, helpful, and friendly to this Out-of-towner.
Disliked: Little noisy with all the kids running up and down the hallways. Never complained though. I remember my own children having fun running around and made me smile.

Exceptional

Liked: We normally stay at more expensive places, but this hotel exceeded our families expectations. We would stay here again. Clean and quiet rooms, quick check-in, and good price. Breakfast had eggs, sausages, waffles, muffins, toast/ bagels, apples etc (all the basics) We did not use the pool, but it looked nice.

Liked: Room was clean and updated.Breakfast was good, had a working waffle machine unlike the last hotel I stayed at Staff was helpful.

Amazing beds!!

Liked: Great price for last minute reservation. The front desk girl was very nice. Our room was clean and appeared well maintained. The beds were amazing, super comfy!! We were on the 1st floor near the lobby and it was quiet. The staff in the morning was pleasant and acknowledged us. I would recommend this hotel.

Disliked: Very basic nothing welcoming at entrance The option of no smoking will make me a non repetitive customer. I understand the room non smoking but the property? My money doesn’t pay for non option .

Liked: Great stay for the price. Room was nice, wifi was amazing!!!! I was able to finish my work from the room, and attend zoom meetings all day without a hiccup.

Great Stay

Liked: I was in town visiting some old friends and stayed at this hotel for the night. I have to say, I was really impressed! The hotel had a lively atmosphere, they allowed me to check in early at no additional cost. The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in. My room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable – perfect for relaxing after catching up with everyone what’s great is the fact that they allowed my friends to visit. The bed was especially comfy, and the amenities were all spot on. Overall, it made my trip a lot easier and more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if i’m ever back!

Liked: Excellent service with smooth checkin and checkout experience; rooms were clean and very comfy! We enjoyed our stay. It’s located right off the highway and a short drive to Snow Valley.
