Horrible Hotel

Liked: Great Location to Beaumont...
Disliked: A very old run down hotel.The entire property was dirty,the lobby, our room.There was no cable, no internet, our microwave didn't work.The ice machine, and the soda machine were broken.There is no breakfast as listed on the website.Transients, random people, were loitering in the lobby. Some were on the walkways, on their cell phones.

Days Inn doesn't disappoint, thank...

Liked: The value and price were exactly what was expected for the price of 70 dollars. I wouldn't raise the price of the room, I would recommend 2 wash cloths and that is all, the bed was extremely comfortable. The heater worked very well. Appreciate the yogurt, donuts, and the juice. We visited Morongo Casino, this was our purpose. Thank you Frank

Disliked: the first day they had me in a room with tv that didn't work the rest of the days they had me in a room with a shower with no shower head on it and they didnt reduce the money I had to pay at all

Liked: I liked not having to sleep in my carMaintenance man/janitor (the black guy) he was very good at his job. He was really ontop of it
Disliked: It's ghetto there was patches in the roof, the paint was chipping, the paint in the bathtub was chipping off in big pieces so you could see black metal, and the tub was stained with black and blue stuff every where. I had 2 remotes for my TV and between those 2 remotes only 2 buttons worked 1 remote only did the volume and the other only cut the TV on and off, the room was not stocked up with toiletries, and I especially didn't like waiting an hour outside in the cold just to check in. Check out is 11am and multiple people kept coming to our room starting at 9:45am asking if we were leaving yet (I hate being harassed before my check out. I'm in the middle of packing and cleaning usually a last minute showere and then you have 3 different ppl trying to rush your check out especially after making me wait so long just to check in because the employee feel asleep or was possibly on break because they did have a be back in 10 Mins sign they just did not come back in 10 mins) it was good for the emergency situation I was in and didn't end up in my car so at least greatfull for that and the maintenance man he's the shit he's really ontop of his stuff he was great
