Disliked: Well there was no free breakfast and the pool was lock with a chain and padlock plus the vending and ice machines were broken and the television remote control didn’t work so it was a very bad situation for us

Disliked: No hot breakfast... No coffee... Room was not mopped properly. One door didn't open with the card key and the staff was not responsive. Staff didn't provide additional towels upon request. TV didn't work. Office area stinking with smoking...

Terrible experience

Liked: nothing, we still have not been given a refund.
Disliked: Bugs in sheets, we were showed three rooms and all were exactly the same, dirty sheets, pee in the toilet, black stains on the towels and beds.

Liked: The service and gentleman at front desk was very hospitable and catered to us with housekeeping each day of 4 day stay

Passable

Liked: The location was ok. Close to freeway for ease of leaning the next morning.
Disliked: Bathroom shower hard to turn on, toilet handle has to be held down to flush, lock on door would not lock unless you lifted up on door handle to get lock to line up, upper door lock very loose and needs to be repaired, a/c very hard to read how to turn on/off etc., wall across from bed by bathroom very dirty/stained. Just kinda crappy place to stay overall.
