Terrible

Liked: Nothing about the facility other than the woman at the counter was courteous
Disliked: Lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Requested a smoke free room, and upon entering room, obviously was NOT. Smoke detector hanging off the wall with continuous chirping. Asked for the detector to be fixed at 8am on Saturday as we did not get hardly had any sleep from Friday nite, was told the manager didn't get up until 11AM. Upon our return to the room around 3:30pm, the detector still had not been fixed. Was moved to an other room which had a non-smoking sticker on the door handle, but was obviously smoked in also. The second room also had lack of cleanliness and maintenance as you can see from the attached photos. Comforter had stains on it. Light missing a lite bulb. Light shade dirty. Smallest pillows ever on the bed. Bathroom handle filthy. Inside mini fridge dirty. Outlet was revolting.

A Clean Room

Liked: Cami at the front desk was very nice. (I hope I have her name right).We were short a bath towel. She provided it for us promptly. The room smelled clean and looked clean.
Disliked: Other reviews said there was mold in the bathtub. There was mold in the jets that were attached to the sides. Honestly, I am not sure how you keep those clean as moisture gets in them every time you shower. They would be better off replacing those tubs with ones that don't have jets.

Overall i would not stay...

Liked: coffee was good . Location was ideal for me
Disliked: First room i got cockroaches all through the room , bathroom wall and bath tub.The attendant gave us a new room. Then found a few roaches by refrigerator area. At this time just decided not to ask for another room . since probably would have been the same. I would have left but at 12am at night was tired and decided to just stay. Beds were very hard.

Liked: It was in a convenient place. Right on Main thoroughfare. Older building, but looked nice from the outside.
Disliked: Room was pretty dated. Roaches in the bathroom.

Awful. Never again.

Liked: I selected the “pay at property” option when I put my payment method in. The owner or manager of the property tried to charge my card without my authorization. When my card company had contacted me notifying me of his attempts, he called me immediately after I told my card company I did not authorize the transactions. He also tried to charge me for 2 separate amounts without my permission. I changed my card that was on file for payment through the booking.com app, he tried to charge the card that I had taken off. 0/10 would not recommend. I didn’t like anything about this experience very unprofessional and rude.
