I"ll never stay at Days...

Liked: It was not far from Fort Eisenhower.
Disliked: Only left us 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 2 day stay. Ceiling has a big crack with little hole at the end making me nervous to look up at it from my bed. They never did room service so had to go to front desk and ask why and get toilet paper. I was told for more than a 1 night stay they don't do it unless a customer ask for it as some don't want to be disturbed and surely the desk clerk told you that (not). I was told breakfast was from 6:30 to 9. We went at 8am and what we found was not breakfast and was a poor excuse for even a continental breakfast. The was a plastic case with 2 slices of bread next to a pop up toaster, no butter or jelly even,1/2 a gallon of milk, 2 kinds of sugary cereal, and some small granola type bars. We then left and went to a restaurant. In the evening when i was getting the toilet paper i complained to the desk clerk about the breakfast situation and I said on line it said breakfast was included in the price I paid, and she said no we would never say that we only have a continental breakfast. I showed my documents I printed from online it and showed exactly what i said. She called the manager (might be the owner) over he looked at the paper work and became very agitated and said he is not responsible for what Booking.com says and blamed me for using booking.com and not his web site. He was basically insulting me and I did not want his B.S. so i walked out. I do not like being misled by Booking,com. I will tell others to never believe anything you say or use your service.

Disliked: the room had no heat it was freezing outside and we were only offered 2 additional blankets. we were freezing all night. the room was disgusting and nasty.

Disliked: As soon as I walked in it was a bad smell. The location was dirty. Once in the room it was dark no light s worked it had a disgusting smell . It was mold in the bath room. very unclean. Carpet was flithy and had stains eveywhere.

Liked: There’s was nothing to like about this stay
Disliked: From the moment of checking in it was a terrible experience. Walking in to the lobby there was a customer complaining to the front desk because her hadn’t been cleaned prior to check in and the staff were very dismissive of her concerns. Then I checked in and to my surprise I had the same issue and that’s just where the issues began. The room was a nonsmoking but yet and still smelt like cigarettes. The door has an extreme gap that would allow the door to be open unauthorized with a simple credit card. The A/C unit was dilapidated. The refrigerator had two settings froze and off. Ceiling pieces were falling in the rest room and the toilet was clogged. This place absolutely goes on my “Don’t book” list.
