1 night stay with hot...

Liked: Nice water pressure and good hot water! Fridge and t.v. worked good . Had a microwave, but we didn't use it. Coffee pot worked, but the coffee was terrible, but at least they had some.Room was clean. The owners/staff were very pleasant.We stayed 1 night when it was very cold outside,the heater worked very well! This is a convenient place to stop for an overnight stay or a place to rest and get a good shower. The price is good and I didn't expect it to be any better than it was. I'm actually surprised it was as clean as it appeared and that everything worked. ( per the price for the area) The hot shower was wonderful.My overall opinion. This is not a place to stay multiple nights not is it a place to relax but it is decent enough for a quick nights rest and a good shower.
Disliked: The bed was low and uncomfortable. Hard,lumpy . Not level or loose leg. Pillows only 2 and they were very small. Bring your own.The decor and furniture old and outdated. Only 1 chair. It was a hard chair it was with a small old table. ( at least they had 1. The lighting was not great.

Breakfast and coffee sucked, rude...

Liked: The breakfast was a stale granola bar
Disliked: The older Indian lady should not be working with the public, she was rude and kept having the staff tell me I needed to come to the office, she kept trying to charge me a $15 per day fee for my support pet that had papers, she pointed to a hand written note that had pet fee on it, she couldn’t tell me what the fee was for, because they don’t clean rooms with pets in them, the young lady gave me a room and didn’t charge for my dog , and every time the older lady came in she was say I needed to come to the office, that I wasn’t in a pet friendly room and I Owen more money, she called me at 6am and even after I left she called. Later in the day I realized I had been bitten by bed bugs 3 times on the inside , outside and back of my right thigh, the first night I slept on top of the covers with no bites , but the last night I pulled the covers up over my legs and that’s when I got the bites, and I glad I didn’t notice the bites until I was several miles away because someone would have got cussed out.

Excellent location for our purposes....

Liked: Very nice innkeepers.
Disliked: It’s a old, tired property. The innkeepers are fairly new owners and really trying to make it better.

Disliked: My booking showed two beds. When I checked in I only had one bed in each room. The attendant showed me that I had to read all the details to see that it was single beds in both rooms and that bookings.com misled me with the pic of two beds. Also the heat did not work. It was dirty and the continental breakfast was a granola bar and coffee. I feel that bookings.com owes me a refund for misleading me

Disliked: We were given a key to a room that already had guests in it. There was no breakfast like advertised. Beds super small and very uncomfortable

My stay was awful. I...

Liked: The temperature of the room was good.
Disliked: The mattress was covered in vinyl/ plastic. There were sheets on the bed and a blanket that had seen better days. The mattress & box springs did not match in size and they were on a rough wooden platform.There was no carpet - which might have been a good thing in retrospect.There was a very loud party outside my room from about 2:30 - 3:30 that woke me up.
