Disliked: Topm needs updating door was almost falling off rhe hinges. No secure entry to end of hallway at hotel.. really needs to be cleaned better

Liked: The location is very convenient for my travels. The rooms are clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful
Disliked: The breakfast has very limited options. I couldn’t get my tv to work. The staff told me how to fix it. Directions for the television in the room would be very helpful.

Liked: Nothing, didn’t stay there.
Disliked: When I made the reservation, I requested a room on the first floor as my wife and her friend are both seniors with leg problems. They arrived at the hotel and were informed that there was only one room on the second floor and no elevator so they had to walk up too long flights of stairs with all their luggage and extras. They left and stayed at a different hotel.

Needed a place to stop...

Liked: Front desk staff helped me after I checked in when I could not get my TV working.
Disliked: Toilet seat was not the correct one for the toilet. Nor was it properly attached. I had to be very careful when using the toilet.

Disliked: I hated that their pool was permanently close but their website said it was open very disappointing for me and my friends who wanted to swim also the breakfast wasn't that great we ended up buying breakfast at nearby places
