Disliked: No one to assist with canceling reservation after checkin. Hotel used third-party as a reason to charge extra night fee beyond the one day costs. Dirty mattress left in hallway for guest to see. Toilet didn't work, microwave didn't work, mold in refrigerator, curtain drapes falling from window, roaches in bathroom/dressing area, and rodent poop on floor/chair. Booking should take this location off website customers may consider not using service anymore. Customers should not have to stay in poor conditions if hotel doesn't meet the standard accommodations especially for cleanliness. I brought blankets to sleep on top bed and lost sleep scared something would jump on me while sleeping. This place was the worst and sad their still in business plus use name Wyndham. Feel for families whom may be traveling with small children and unable to use bed or furniture due to rodent droppings. I let check out lady know who asked how was stay unlike checkin person who only wanted to charge card for leaving.

Disliked: This motel delivered the worst experience my husband and I have ever encountered. Upon entering the room, I noticed a revolting stain on the sofa. The sheets were filthy, with what appeared to be blood from a bed bug and a brown stain along the side, as well as small holes in certain areas. The pillowcases were also unclean. The door had mold, and the toilet bore a brown stain. The conditions were so appalling that I requested a refund, which was denied. Ultimately, the room was so unsanitary that we chose not to stay the night.

Liked: I have been staying in days inn for as long as I can remember the one is nasty it has roaches and mold around the heating and air conditioner I am highly allergic to mold so I left the people behind the counter really don't speak good English so it was a mess and they will not give me a refund
