Disliked: There were bed bugs!!!! The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

Liked: It is to close to Disney, it is around 15 minutes walking. The staff are friendly
Disliked: We stayed for 3 nights and they didn't clean the rooms. We asked them many times, they said we don't have this policy.They gave us sheets to change on our own. The first day we came in it didn't smell the best, even the towels and the sheets smell weird. The breakfast have nothing just muffins and 2 kinds of cereal.I looked at the reviews and they mentioned the same problem and the hotel never fixed it. It should be less than 2 stars

Disappointing

Liked: The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The OJ was good, but in crazy small containers, making packaging waste if you wanted a glass full. Parking was free. Free wifi.
Disliked: The beds had sleep indentations and were very uncomfortable; they needed to be replaced. When I walked in the room past the clothes cabinet, it rocked, and all of the hangers would swing back and forth. The rugs also felt like lumps from the pad were worn out when I walked without shoes. The breakfast was not good: cereal & very small muffins, coffee, tea, milk, OJ. Muffins contained walnuts (I could not eat that) I don't eat oatmeal or cereal. The OJ was good but in a crazy small container. The last time I stayed here, we had waffles, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, and other things to choose from. What happened???!!! I wish there was a toaster for toast and bagels for breakfast at least (with butter).
