It met our basic needs...
Liked: is a very convenient location to Disney Land
Disliked: Rooms were not cleaned everyday without request I like it to be automatic

Liked: Fairly close to Disneyland. Beds decent.
Disliked: No running hot water in the sink. Poor directions and map to get to Disneyland. Sour milk in the breakfast. Only cereal and muffins available for food. Broken door knob on first room assigned. Toilet kept running after flushed.

Owners are bottom feeding off...
Liked: Was within walking distance to Disneyland. That is its only feature and the owner seems to know people will stay for that reason alone. The facility was very rundown and dirty.
Disliked: We booked 2 nights here from Canada due to the walking time to Disneyland. The first room (215) we couldn't get into. The staff couldn't get the door open either. So they moved us to room (218) instead. However, this room is rundown with damage throughout. The washroom is dirty with noticeable broken tiles, toilet roll holders coming off the wall, and the faucet looked like the last person to stay in this room was spitting acid. Seriously, a new 35$ faucet would go a long way! The most concerning was the little protection the main door had, because it's previously been kicked in and put back together with a few screws and baseboard nails. Speaking of baseboards. They're falling off at multiple locations with attempts to reattach them with scotch tape. There was no sound barrier between rooms or the outside street. We heard horns honking, engines revving all night as well as sirens from the local police and firefighters. Not like they would be able to help if there was a fire because the room had no smoke detector. Only a sad place where one once sat. Thank goodness we all had earplugs to help drown out the outside sounds. The first night was so cold that we asked for an extra blanket and were told they had none due to the motel being fully booked. Not a single extra blanket? So we had to buy some at Disneyland instead. The second night was about the same as the first. With the added bonus of finding a dead cockroach under our bed while checking the room for our departure. I wasn't overly concerned as it looked like nobody had cleaned under the bed, so it's probably been there a while. The WIFI was spotty, so making reservations anywhere was difficult. When I asked the front desk to help book a taxi for our departure to the airport. I was told to use Uber. Because I had no wifi in the room, I had to sit in front of the motel for reservations and preflight check-in and to request a lift to the airport.
