Liked: Check in was easy. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room was dated. The doors didn't close easily. The room wasn't as clean as it could be.

Liked: I wanted butte montana- and I got butte, Georgia. Didn’t notice until we got to butte mt.. They couldn’t understand it either, however it got worse- they had no rooms that fit my reservation. We called several times, answering machine. The attendant in Butte montana was able to get a room with a rollaway- cost was more- and I had to pay for that room plus the one in Georgia. The next few days I tried making contact to butte Georgia- the number on the booking- no response, leave a message and we will return your call…. I even was given a survey to fill out, and I thought I was able to send a message, only to get a message that states message could not be sent. I know it states not refundable. I surely tried to use it but not in Butte, Georgia. Later I wanted to put the site to the test- II literally put Butte-Montana- guess was popped up-Butte, Georgia. I rest my case. Please can I get the charge removed. It was a VERY LONG DAY. Not happy- only bright spot- the attendant , Annie, very emphatic and went the extra mile.

Liked: The breakfast was a decent Continental breakfast. The pancake machine did not work properly, however there were enough other options. The facilities use a little work however, everything we needed was good.
Disliked: The staff was very nice, helpful and responsive. The facilities need some work on the outside. The pool needed some work.
