NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN!

Disliked: Had to switch rooms because the shower nob was broke, went into the other room where there were cockroaches in the fridge, found one in my drink the next morning, asked for a refund they said they would give me a call but never did. i will not stay there again. worst decision of my life.

Disliked: Staff was not available to assist after the one key card I was given stopped working. I was forced to sleep in my car and kept periodically trying throughout the night. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Disliked: There was no AC in the first room that I was assigned and my parents room next door had a smoke detector that wouldn’t stop beeping intermittently to and they did not want to have to try to sleep through that noise. Then multiple rooms we were offered as replacement were also slightly not normal in other ways - sheets not changed in a double bedroom, toilet not cleaned, etc. There was no breakfast in the morning.

Liked: Was a good price
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty and old. Paint and door didn’t close correctly. The front door didn’t lock correctly the hinges were loose and didn’t look like the place was take care good.

DONT STAY HERE AT ALL!!!

Liked: Don’t stay in this place! It’s a homeless shelter, no security and looks dirty. Before park my car we saw the cops car and the cops opening all the rooms, I presume it has someone dangerous doing something there. Also on the main door has a warning sign saying how that place has high calls to police and all the other emergency services. I didn’t feel safe so I decided to leave and book another hotel, they never refund me! Don’t stay in this place at all!!!
