Great staff and someone traveling...

Liked: The staff treated my mom extremely well considering she was traveling alone(I didn’t put that in her reservation just in case, we added someone else as traveling with her) they upgraded her room at no Extra cost. They had a working pool from what she told me(I don’t think she used it) she did say it was a older hotel and no elevator just stairs that were kinda dark(she’s had a knee replacement and doesn’t mind stairs but would have liked more light in that area). She said she felt safe, it was quiet. She was traveling for my grandma’s memorial.

Liked: Nothing the place was soooooooo nasty very very dirty there were muddy towels laying in pool eara the pool was empty the tv didn't work it smelled the musk it was nasty

Disliked: Absolutely filthy. Blood stains on the blanket, mold in the entire shower and shower curtain, used bandaid on the door. Just an absolute disgusting property and should be condemned.

Great location but disappointing.

Disliked: The overall inside appearance was not good. Lobby windows dirty - our room had drapes that wouldn’t close - tv remote didn’t work. Very old decor.
