Disappointing

Disliked: Room wasn’t very clean, not enough outlets for everything to be plugged in, couldn’t plug phones in to charge them.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: No heat and hot water. No hot breakfast. Cold cereal only.

Clean and comfortable

Liked: Close to freeway and Albion University
Disliked: They had a notice they no longer provide continental breakfast. They need to update that on the website

Liked: Nothing it was terrible and the price not worth it. Im sure there is mold in the wall.
Disliked: Everything. Old fashion, bugs in the room, smell, vents not dusted, mold in the walls.

Great staff and someone traveling...

Liked: The staff treated my mom extremely well considering she was traveling alone(I didn’t put that in her reservation just in case, we added someone else as traveling with her) they upgraded her room at no Extra cost. They had a working pool from what she told me(I don’t think she used it) she did say it was a older hotel and no elevator just stairs that were kinda dark(she’s had a knee replacement and doesn’t mind stairs but would have liked more light in that area). She said she felt safe, it was quiet. She was traveling for my grandma’s memorial.
Disliked: Needs more light in the staircase Hotel needs some tlc
