Horrifying! The worst place I...

Liked: The place was hard to find after dark as there was only a small unlit sign in a poor location to see after dark and once I did find it the parking lot had several potholes in it. I couldn't get my door card to work and the manager had to try almost 20 times before it finally worked. the carpets were dirty, the bed sheets were stained, the faucet in the bathroom sink had a steady stream of water running no matter what I tried! there was paint peeling and the tub looked like it couldn't ever come clean. There was a small coffee maker in the bathroom with 1 small pouch of coffee and 2 Styrofoam cups but there was no coffee pot! the TV remote would not turn the TV on, the manager had to turn it on at the back of the TV and then the remote would not adjust the volume! The people in the next room were easier to hear than the TV! There was a micro wave but the turntable in it didn't work and even after 3 minutes my food that I brought with me was still cold! in the morning when I went to the front office, the free breakfast didn't exist anywhere neither did the fitness room and the pool was closed for repair, I was told but there was no sign of any work or equipment to even start any work anywhere to be seen! So I went to check out a day early from this slum! I rang the bell and called out HELLO for a half hour and when 2 other guests came to also check out, they told me that they saw cockroaches in their room and in the hallway! We saw an employee who finally called the manager on his phone and he finally showed up 10 minutes later! When I complained to the manager he refused to reimburse me for the second night! I would rather have spent the night sleeping in my car even with the temperature outside being freezing cold!
Disliked: What didn't I like??? What could have been done better??? There was nothing I did like and everything could have been done better!!! I'm not sure what would make more sense or be more cost efficient, a complete renovation or bulldoze the place and start over and that includes the building, the pool, the parking lot and the management of the facility!

Liked: I liked I was close to where I needed to be. But this was a complete waste if money
Disliked: The smell. The dirty room. The weird desk worker. He knocked on my door at 9 in the morning to ask if I was checking out!!!???? And I asked if check out was at 11!. It was very weird

Worth a short stay to...

Liked: The rate is probably best in town. The bed was nice and comfortable. The price is worth a short stay if yoyó want to save money. The front desk gentleman was kind and friendly.
Disliked: The hotel lost its luster possibly back in 1980. The carpets were disgusting and the bathroom should have been cleaned better.

Disappointing

Disliked: Room wasn’t very clean, not enough outlets for everything to be plugged in, couldn’t plug phones in to charge them.

Disliked: No heat and hot water. No hot breakfast. Cold cereal only.
