Great location, close to highways and across street from the mall. Stayed here many times over the years but this time it was really noisy with kids playing in hallways.

Liked: Friendly front desk staff; breakfast.
Disliked: Kids hockey tournament staying in hotel. Out of control kids playing hockey in the hallways. Parents and hotel staff allowing it, even though guests were complaining about it.

The hotel was fine, but...

Liked: Was greeted by a blank stare, no hello or welcome at all. And woke only to be greeted that breakfast was cancelled

Liked: The bed was semi comfortable and it was close to the airport and mall.
Disliked: The staff wasn't friendly at all, the rooms didn't appear to be clean as there were little white things all over the floor and dried urine on the back of the toilet seat. I could hear just about everything in the hotel hall and was less then impressed with the kids running up and down the hallways yelling half the night. There was also no breakfast as stated was included. There was damage to the room that had yet to be repaired including the fire sprinkler that was pulled out and placed haphazardly back in the large hole. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Disliked: Formerly offered free breakfast buffet. Do not know if this was discontinued permanently, or just during renovation.

Disliked: Although going through renovations, they are very poorly done. Vinyl floor over carpet with squishy spots, fixtures falling off the wall, knob fell off in the shower. Could be better.
