Liked: Staff were great location is noisy if windows are open being close to dual carriage way .. Beds were comfy and clean could have better hooverd and there were cobwebs in room .. But overall not a bad stay plus paying to use carpark owned by them never seen that before but would definitely stay again

OK but could be better.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, it's in a good location for what we need to do.
Disliked: We were charged £5 a night for parking which I hadn't picked up from online when I booked. We've stayed numerous times there before without charge. If it was £5 a stay that's fine but not £5 a night because it is out of the way and only accessible by car!! Apparently if u book direct with welcome break there is no charge. The tap in the sink was loose. The single bed had more springs poking through so very uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on. It was a disable room but the shower had no grab handle inside and no slip mat and also nothing to hold onto when u get out. It would also help if they weren't busy if they didn't put other guests next door or above you cos you can hear every step during the evening /night.
