Not for me. Wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Warm welcome from staff who were friendly and helpful. Clean room. Room on the ground floor as had requested with walk in shower.
Disliked: Lots of noise from family with children in the room above from the minute we arrived. Could still hear them at 4.30am. Was hoping second night would be quieter but same issue reoccurred. Didn’t get much sleep so was exhausted for days afterwards because of it. Toilet much too low for me. Difficulty getting on and off.

Liked: This place is ok if you just want a place to sleep for a night or two. The bed was comfortable. There were extra pillows in the room. Despite being next to a motorway, the room was very quiet. Plenty of parking space (You get free parking if you book directly from their website for the same price, otherwise it's £5 per night if you book it here, not sure why!!). 5-minute drive to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet. Wifi was ok. Free tea and coffee supplies, can get extras from the reception. There was always someone at the reception.
Disliked: The floor and bathroom were dirty and the room had a strange odour, looked like they had only done the bed after the last person checked out. The very kind housekeeper (deserves a raise!!) the next day did a really good job cleaning the floor but the smell was still unpleasant but better than the night before. I think the carpet needs proper cleaning. Both lights next to the bed were not working.
