Liked: The face that the staff knew our names the lady who checked us in is always nice I never remember her name but she is the best
Disliked: I didn't like that fact that my room was cold as ever the heat did not work and we had to stay in that room all night... I called the attendant and the guy said that they did not have anymore rooms and I could switch in the morning or there where going to fix the heat... I had my wife and son with me.. my son and wife end up getting sick from sleeping in a cold roon all night... Then I tried to contact the manager and she never called me back or even tried to reach out to me I called the hotel a number of times I just the lady only be on the hotel for about 3 hours a day cause she I was never there when I called and one time I called she was in a meeting I even asked one of the other attendees to take my number and have her call me because I didn't like that my family got sick

Disliked: It was not a representation of what the pictures show. It took 30 minutes to check in (there was no one else waiting). It smelled of weed from the moment you walked in. Rooms were outdated. Lights were out. Bathroom very small.

Poor condition and a waste...

Liked: The property was close to our concert venue.
Disliked: The rooms were very outdated. There was paint on the walls from a sloppy paint job. All faucets were hanging off. Also, the whirlpool tub did not work. It was a very disappointing experience and a waste of money.
