I will never stay there again.
Liked: Location.
Disliked: Showers were cold. Walls of the room were dirty. No real continental breakfast. No exercise room as advertised.

The price was not cheap; we went for location; cleaning staff needs a good talking to. Appreciate the breakfast in the morning and the beds and pillows were phenomenal, especially the pillows. Got a good night's sleep.
Liked: Close to concert venue.
Disliked: Room very dirty; first think there was a pill on edge of carpet; found other garbage on the floor too. Wish it had a microwave in the room; cleaners left a dirty towel in our shower.

Always stay there because it's close to the University of Minnesota's Aquatic Center; friendly staff; clean rooms.
Liked: The location to the aquatic center.

When looking for a hotel in Minneapolis, look no further. If you want to be in the best area of town that is located directly across from the TCF Bank Stadium you are in luck! Not to mention the Metro is only a block away if you are exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious (loved the pancakes). The beds were very comfortable (slept like a baby). I really enjoyed my stay here.
Liked: Breakfast; beds; location.
Disliked: None.

Clean; staff very helpful and polite. We took the shuttle to a pizza place and the driver was very nice and helpful. Would stay there again if we were in the area.

Liked: Other staff were very nice. Rooms were what I expected and clean.
Disliked: Late night staff was standoffish and sort of rude when I asked if there was anywhere around to eat.

If you need a place to sleep and get around the U of M area, this is just fine. If you're looking for lots of frills and things to do at the hotel, better find somewhere else.
Liked: Staff are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Definitely not a comfort room, all packed in tightly. Decor is outdated if you care about that stuff.
