Power out and no assistance

Liked: Proximity to amenities
Disliked: The power went out at the hotel at 4am. I only know this when I woke up at 5am to find all the lights out in the hallway and entire property . I went to the front desk via the stairs ! No one had even informed me the guest. I had to struggle down the steps with my luggage. The told me they don’t have a BACKUP generator!! I need a refund!! Very unprofessional and disturbing

Overall decent stay. Unhappy with...

Liked: Parking, location, staff, room comfort, pool size and room.
Disliked: The floor smelled of marijuana twice. The pool water caused my group to have reactions, too many chemicals and multiple people had skin reactions and stinging eyes.
