For the price I expect...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Service…We had a drink in the lobby, the waiter left us to observe Ramadan but no one covered his table. After an hour & us looking for him someone finally got him & we received a bill. But we received no real service. Doormen didn’t open the doors, just stood there. I’ve stayed here many times & can say the service has gone down.

Liked: Hoping for a great new year party was announced last minute no one called us!
Disliked: No calls on upcoming events I booked in June

Liked: It was beautiful with a great room! Staff was fab as well as the cafe below to conduct meetings.
Disliked: The fitted sheet on the bed did not cover the bottom, which was strange. I had to put a towel so my feet didn't touch the undercover.

Fantastic and will be back!

Liked: Lounge food was exceptional

Small room but decent amenities.

Liked: Art work and design was good. Pantry was nice.
Disliked: The shower dripped onto the metal grate. The key card system crashed.
