Beautiful location and immaculate room...

Liked: Easy sign in process. All door electronic panels worked correctly. Very large island in kitchen. Lighting was perfect. Washer and dryer with detergent provided.
Disliked: Box cereal or oatmeal in room would be a nice touch.

We loved Montreal but the...

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: The space wasn’t comfortable. There was a lot of wasted space. The bathroom was in the bedroom which was awkward. Then the TV didn’t work and all we wanted to do was relax at night in front of the TV. They said they came in to check and it was fine but it wasn’t, until I met their “technician “ who then couldn’t get it to work either. The worst thing was that they kept saying it was working and basically I was lying about it. Very frustrating and disappointing. No compensation except a discount on a future stay which we will never do again.

Disliked: Check-in process. There are many much simpler methods to get your digital key. ‘Bathroom’: modern design and being practical do not always match…

Liked: It's a great location with good facilities.
Disliked: The woman who FINALLY answered the door (we were there early to drop off luggage and had no code yet) was kind of snotty. I was told that I could drop off luggage early, so I was quite disappointed to have someone try to make me feel that I was putting her out. She was hurrying us out the door when I realized that I had forgotten the map I'd gotten at the cruise terminal. She quickly handed us what looked like the same map from her counter... it was only in French, whereas the one I was given at the cruise port was in English. She really was a 'piece of work'.

Brilliant design and decor, great...

Liked: A stunning interior design, large, extremely comfortable. High tech check in access worked fine. Lighting and appliances/ technology in the loft was fantastic.
Disliked: Nothing, all was great. Although no tissues, which might have been an oversight.
