This was our second visit...

Liked: The atmosphere is amazing and the rooms are huge. The staff is accommodating and the restaurant is fantastic.

Lovely

Liked: Meals were excellent. Just strolling the hotel and reading the history was fun.
Disliked: Only complaint is THE BED. Way too soft.

Decent accommodations

Liked: Great service, good food.
Disliked: We were in a ADA room for some reason so the beds were too low to the floor. The room could use an easy chair or recliner as well.

Nice hotel

Liked: We loved the roms, the staff was friendly, it was clean! A little pricey though!
Disliked: Every thing is expensive.

We honestly wouldn't stay again

Liked: The historic beautiful architecture was stunning, the room was pretty and had a huge shower and tub
Disliked: Couldn't sleep all night, even with 4 extra pillows as they were so thin and had no support. The beds are also on a floating base that doesn't support the entire mattress so it sinks on both sides. When I called the front desk for amenriries other than room service, they refused to bring it upstairs and told us to get it from front desk. The toilet was dirty, the coffee machine hadn't been cleaned or stocked and had all the old trash from previous guests, there is bo fridge in the room which you'd expect for the price and no fan/AC/windows unit
