Liked: We enjoyed all the little extra touches like toweling robes fresh milk in the bedroom access to Netflix and Prime. The owners were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast excellent. Lovely views over Loch and recommended good restaurant.

Exceeded our expectations, lovely!

Liked: We booked 3 rooms at Davar so had the place to ourselves for a family trip, it was perfect for this as there's a lounge to use also so we would use this on an evening to chill together before heading to bed. Everything was really straight forward and they send lots of info ahead of time which is great. Dave and Caren are very welcoming and will give plenty suggestions. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of choice and lots of homemade items, really yummy. Rooms are actually much nicer than on the pictures so we were very impressed, really cosy and have everything you need with plenty of room. Great location too.
Disliked: We didn't expect there to be 2 resident cats, we thought this might have been worth noting in case anyone had an allergy. We didn't, were just not cat people. The room keys jingle really loudly, shower in room 1 is quite creaky too. None of these things impacted our stay at all, just worth a mention.
