Liked: The location of the hotel was great, room also.
Disliked: Why only one bottle of water upon arrival and not every day?

Excellent location clean quiet hotel....

Liked: Location was excellent-easy to get to via bus or taxi. Reasonable walk from train station and 15 min bus ride to bus station with bus stop 2 mins walk from hotel. Essentially next door to an excellent department store with a supermarket and deli in its basement. Close to pick up point for Nevada Sierra day trip and tourist shops offering all sorts of treats. Hotel room was quiet, good size bathroom, quality bed linen. typical breakfast was basic but adequate

Not a good check out...

Liked: Good location with well maintained hotel beds, rooms, and lobby
Disliked: Tour operator canceled our Alhambra tickets on day of tour. Talked with hotel that we would just stay 2 days versus 3. They said that would be fine. However, they didn’t mention I’d be charged for the 3rd day. This was unfair. I wrote Booking customs service asking for the €110 back, heard nothing. Still, the hotel should have specified I’d be charged a 3rd day and they didn’t. I felt I was ripped off.

Lovely place but noisy.

Liked: Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel is on a busy main road. The hotel heating was on and we could not turn it off. We needed the door open for fresh cooler air which resulted in extreme traffic noise. Hard to sleep. Asked for a room change to the back of the hotel but they only had more expensive rooms available. The manager kindly gave us a refund and we left.

Liked: Superb staff.Location better than expected for everything I wanted to do.
Disliked: Noise from neighbouring rooms.

Liked: The location was really good, also the staff was very friendly. The room was clean.
Disliked: The windows didn’t have “nets”.
