Disliked: The toilet leaked, the carpet was filthy and the air vents were dirty. Checked out early and hotel refused to issue a refund for the remaining days of the reservation.

Wonderful place to stay.

Liked: I loved the location. The staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the morning coffee. It was nice to have a quiet bar so close to the hotel.
Disliked: They need to update their security box in the rooms. The key has no tag on it and it is easy to lose. Staff got a locksmith as fast as they could but something with a touch code would be better. My only issue

Liked: One block away from bourbon street. Cheapest hotel in the area
Disliked: I think there was a brothal, across the street. Could be wrong, but that’s what it looks like. Not complaining, just what it looks like to me.
