Great facilities, poor service

Liked: Hotel is renovated and in great conditionrooms were very clean.
Disliked: Slow service and non welcoming staff.They didnt go above and beyond to help and communicating with them was hard (argued on including the breakfast as stated in the reservation, charged higher price than stated in booking.com).Breakfast took over 40 min to be prepared.

Love it all

Liked: I will to send a short out for The front desk Lady name Ruth she goes beyond her duties to help my family make us feel home with her beautiful smiles every morning there’s so much I could say about she’s wonderful! And also the manager understands great person! I will go back with my eyes close great breakfast every morning!

Disliked: Some of the doors that go to the parking lot remained opened all the time. It gave me the feeling that anyone can go inside the hotel

Liked: The rooms/hotel were very clean and there was plenty of room for a family of 4. Excellent location!
Disliked: The water in our shower wouldn’t stay warm. There are no full length mirrors in the rooms.

Not what I expected

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Outdated. The pictures are not an accurate account of what the room looks like. The beds were small with hard mattresses. Room needs a complete makeover.
