Room for improvement

Liked: Location (proximity to leisure activities, shops), view, staff were friendly and helpful, value for money
Disliked: It is basically a building site (motel under renovation) so there were a lot of building materials and dust on stairways and pathways, room smelled mildewy when first entering (needed a few minutes airing), TV didn't work.

Very good

Liked: The room was clean and well presented. The hotel is close to the city making walking to where I wanted to go so easily. I received easy and clear instructions on getting the key for my room.
Disliked: The shower is old. Water took a long time to get hot, and the flow was not strong at all. The car park was not available due to major renovations.

Liked: As per Guest PatriciaFlynn- Scrutton Only found bed a bit low aircon amazing, pool looked great though didn't use. Great location . Some cutlery and plates would be good to accomany microwave. Very very happy otherwise. Will return . Awesome that there was a lift in place. Was constantly advised re security , refurbishing .which was great
