A very clean, conveniently-located hotel...

Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were happy to supply an additional heater upon request. This hotel is very convenient for Paddington Station - its front door is only 560 yards (512 metres) from the Paddington London Underground (Tube) station (Circle and Metropolitan Lines) and only about 100 yards further to Paddington Mainline (National Rail) Station.
Disliked: Everything fulfilled my requirements.

Good hotel with lovely staff

Liked: The staff were all friendly and helpful. My room was small but it was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It wasn't fancy but it had everything I needed for a one-night stay. Very convenient location, near to Paddington station and easy to get into the West End. A reasonable price for London.

Great for a quick trip

Liked: The hotel was clean and in a great location, very easy to hop on a bus or walk to Paddington. The morning breakfast was a good selection and the staff very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: There was an odd smell in my bathroom but I opened the window and it seemed to air out. My key card didn't work to unlock the front door but staff answered the door bell and reprogrammed me a new card.

Liked: Bedroom was great. Very spacious for 3 people. Bathroom was great. Breakfeast was continental, but was good. There was milk, tea, coffe, ham and cheese. 2 types of bread, cereals, yogurt, simple orange Juice and some fruits. They had the option of extras. It is located in a building with several hotels next to each other, with a private street.
Disliked: They couldnt acomodate our request for late check out, but kept our bags for some hours.
