Lovely stay. Dinner in St...

Liked: Great location. Had an early appointment at the Platinum Medical Centre. Staff lovely.
Disliked: Door in bathroom opens straight onto toilet. Bit cramped.

Liked: The porridge and poached eggs at breakfast were excellent. It is definitely worth asking for these specials.

Very surprised you get such...

Liked: The staff were excellent. The concierge team and bar staff were particularly good. The bar and restaurant are very comfortable.
Disliked: We had a minor issue with a leaking shower screen, but it was easily fixed without speaking to the hotel.

Lovely stay and great for...

Liked: Due to my booking error we didn’t a night in a dulux room which was gorgeous! The standard was ok. Beds super comfortable. Staff helpful! Quiet and close to the zoo! Great little shop and pharmacy next door.
