Good value and very comfortable...

Liked: It’s quiet at night despite it being in a busy location. Staff are friendly and breakfast is always great.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Very handy location while my...

Liked: Very well located, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom had a bath which was great. The staff (including the engineer who came up to help mend the TV) were all very helpful, and friendly including the car concierge.
Disliked: The "screen cast" on the TV didn't work (despite the very helpful engineer's best efforts) so I had to watch a film on my small ipad instead, which was annoying. The taps were really complicated to figure out, and the bath I ran on my first night was tepid. A dressing gown and slippers would have been appreciated, and the fridge was very noisy.
